Move to make this place your local. The coffee is excellent, so rich and full flavoured - the barista deserves all the awards listed on the counter. On a freezing cold winter's morning, the bacon & egg roll was delicious too. Service was prompt and with a smile - 5 stars.

This is a good cup of coffee. No bitterness, creamy and delicious and with a strong coffee flavor just like it should be. Normcore is a great value and pretty cheap (in my opinion  - $2.72 US!). I'm sure other coffee shops are good as well, but can't beat that price!

Ordered a soy flat white, on a cold morning and it hit the spot. So glad our hotel was so close by. The line was a bit crazy for a small coffee shop (about 3-4 in line and 5 people waiting for their order).

Staff were friendly and efficient. A lot of regulars were coming in and the staff knew all of their names! I think that is definitely a good sign.

I found Normcore on a list of best coffee shops in Sydney. In the World Cup of coffee, the Coffee Championships, the two owners Chanho Hong and Nate Lee were the 2017 Australian Brewers Cup Championship third place winner and the 2017 NSW/ACT regional Latte Art Championship third place winner respectively.

Pretty cool credentials when I usually get my coffee from a high school student working the summer at Starbucks. I may not have the most refined taste in coffee, but as a daily coffee drinker, I can tell you it was a good cup!

So this is the newest coffee shop opening in the city. Currently there are so many coffee spots that they are all starting to meld into one. However, if you are a coffee lover do not miss this place! Now they do toast and other stuff, but they thing that makes this place special is the coffee. So if you are looking for atmosphere and a nice seating place - this is not it. However, if you are looking for a good cup of coffee this place is awesome.

Serving their own blend of bean, it is slightly on the darker side, which I prefer. So let just say one of the places you can order without milk and you'll get a great taste for coffee.

Also the workers here are extremely friendly, and make you feel like you have walked into a fiends place rather than a cafe. So come on in!

Ordered two coffees and a bagel. One of the coffees and the bagel was incorrect. Coffee was OK and line was quite long. Personally don't understand the hype.

Came here for a quick morning cappuccino, and it was so smooth & delicious! They have Short Stop donuts, but I wasn't getting food. I met the owner, Nate, who was so friendly! I also like that they use BioCups
